Founder, Indam Advisors
With over 25 years of extensive and diverse industry experience, Sheetal brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong leadership record to the company. Her entrepreneurial journey began at an early age through active involvement in a family-owned textile business, where she developed a solid foundation in marketing, operations, and business management.
Throughout her career, Sheetal has worked across a range of industries—including textile processing and manufacturing, diamond trading, and logistics—equipping her with valuable cross-sector insights and a robust professional network spanning India and the United States.
Having been based in the U.S. for the past several years, she currently serves as the Managing and Marketing Head of the company’s U.S. operations. In this role, she has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, strengthening brand presence, and facilitating cross-border business development.
Recognizing a significant gap in U.S. market access for Indian businesses, Sheetal was inspired to establish Indam Advisors, a platform designed to bridge this divide and empower Indian entrepreneurs with the resources and support needed to expand globally.
Her hands-on expertise, combined with her broad industry exposure, continues to shape the company’s vision and reinforce its position as a trusted partner for international business expansion.

A serial Entrepreneur and Business mentor, she is Founder & CEO of Fit Mantra, Co-Founder of IndAm Advisors, and Partner at Mountain Monk Consulting, where she drives Brand, Marketing, and Growth strategy.
An alumna of IIM Raipur’s Chief Marketing Officer program and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program at IIM Bangalore, with a Master’s from Manipal University, Amanat blends medical nutrition science with boardroom-level marketing to build high-impact consulting brands.
Ashfaq Calcuttawala

Ashfaq Calcuttawala is a distinguished professional with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Postgraduate degree in Management with a specialization in Finance from one of Gujarat’s most esteemed institutions.
With over 31 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, Ashfaq has held leadership roles across renowned private and multinational banks including HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Deutsche Bank.
Throughout his corporate tenure, he has gained deep expertise in leadership development, relationship and wealth management, asset and liability products, sales and marketing strategies, and business operations.
Since 2010, Ashfaq has also been actively engaged as a mentor and visiting faculty, contributing to academic and professional institutions such as the National Group and SIYS.
His sessions span a range of subjects including International Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Behavioral Science, Motivation, and International Marketing.
He is the founder of Mountain Monk Consulting, a globally recognized management consulting firm that has successfully completed 700+ projects and played a pivotal role in scaling over 150 companies worldwide.
With a growing international footprint, Mountain Monk Consulting operates in Dubai, UAE, serving clients seeking to expand across global markets.
Ashfaq is also the Co-Founder of IndAM Advisors, where he leverages his vast experience to help Indian entrepreneurs successfully establish and scale their businesses in the United States.
An enthusiastic networker and strategic thinker, Ashfaq is passionate about solving entrepreneurial challenges and guiding businesses towards sustainable growth and operational excellence.
